By accessing and using the website, you explicitly agree with the following terms and conditions.
Code of conduct
Stickymoose is a voting tool that can be used for many purposes, but you do need to follow a few rules. The following acts are prohibited by law and, thus, subject to punishment:
  • Racism, xenophobia, negationism, and discrimination (prison sentences). Racist remarks, propagating discrimination of sexual preferences, publishing racist pictures or insulting foreigners are forbidden on Stickymoose.
  • Public offences, publishing sexually suggestive pictures, pedophilia, offering prostitution or escort services and implicit or explicit invitations for sexual activities. Uploading pornographic, sexually suggestive or overtly erotic pictures/text is forbidden. Invitations for sexual activities in public or by private messages are also prohibited. Humorous or caricatural pictures can be an exception, as long as the humorous character is predominant.
  • Slander, defamation, stalking, abusing someone's name or picture, abuse of confidence, etc. are prohibited by law and subject to punishment. Therefore, using abusive language, insults, abusing someone's name or picture, slander and defamation are forbidden on Stickymoose as well. It is strictly forbidden to publish messages or pictures with damaging, threatening, misleading, defamatory, rancorous, aggressive, racist, vulgar, denigrating, indecent, insulting, violent, obscene or pornographic content. It's also forbidden to use the site for purely political, religious or commercial purposes. References to political parties and the publishing of flags will be punished if it's clear that there are political or inflammatory purposes behind it. Discussions on political/religious points of view are allowed, as long as they don't degenerate.
  • Violation of intellectual properties. On Stickymoose you can only publish content for which you hold the necessary copyrights. You are solely responsible for obtaining these rights. Stickymoose cannot be held liable if you do publish content for which you don't hold the rights. Stickymoose will impose sanctions when notified of content that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
  • (Trying to) hack(ing) Stickymoose is prohibited and punishable. In this situation, we always inform the police, even when you're a minor. By committing such offences, you risk getting a prison sentence and/or monetary fine.
Except for abuses such as slander and defamation, which can only be prosecuted after a complaint by the victim, Stickymoose can initiate action to end forbidden practices. Stickymoose is lawfully obliged to report indictable offences to the appropriate law enforcement agency(ies).
Stickymoose therefore has the right (but not the obligation) to screen, adjust, refuse or remove all content. As a user of Stickymoose you recognize that you may be exposed to content which you find insulting or inappropriate and that you use Stickymoose at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
The information on this website is general in nature. The information is not adapted to personal or specific situations and can not be considered as a personal, professional or legal advice to the user.
In case you should find factual errors in the information that is made available by this website, you can contact the administrator of the site.
Stickymoose can however not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of information on this site.

Belgian law governs this website. In case of disputes only the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction.
Privacy policy
Stickymoose is a voting tool that can be used with full anonymity because email and password are not mandatory. Stickymoose values your privacy and the protection of your personal data (name, email, address, passwords, and the by you uploaded Stickymoose data). Personal data are used :
  • to create the Stickymoose pages with the by you uploaded data;
  • to send you, only with your explicit permission, information about the website or about other products and services from Stickymoose;
  • to investigate fraud and violations of our code of conduct;
  • to gather anonymous statistics about the (users of) the website or to improve the website.
Your email address and other personal data will never be shared with third parties. We can however grant access to your personal data in case of illegal use or at request of judicial authorities.
According to the law concerning personal data of 08/12/1992 the user has the legal right to consult and correct his personal data.
Stickymoose can collect anonymous or aggregated data of a non-personal nature, such as browser type or IP address, operating system, domain name from the website by which you came to our website or by which you are leaving it. This allows us to continuously improve the website for our users.
